My practice and experience in different styles of Yoga like Sadhana Vinyasa Flow, Sadhana Hatha Flow, Shamanic Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga makes me facilitates and share a practice that reflects the strength and discipline, spontaneity and creativity in workflow and refining in alignment with the opening of the heart to find stability in our lives. My classes are based on an ancient discipline which I strengthened it with my trip to India but every class is directed to the connection and union of mind, body and spirit. Instructor of Yoga certified School of Yoga Inbound in Cusco and School Yoga Institute in Turlock, California with Yoga Alliance.

ITINERARY

Day 1 - Prague

Arrival to Prague (Saturday)
Upon arrival in Prague, our Prague office team will meet you at the airport, assist you in your check-in process, and shuttle you to your Dubrovnik hotel. After your check in, you will meet rest of your group, including your Yoga & Tantra instructors and tour manager, at the hotel lobby for a welcoming meeting and cocktails. There will be sharing of program details, scheduling of Yoga and Tantra sessions, and time for questions and answers.

  • 07:00 – 8:30 am: Morning Yoga & Tantra session.
  • 08:30 – 9:30 am: Breakfast in the hotel.
  • 10:00 – 1:00 pm: Sightseeing, touring, etc.
  • 1:00 – 2:00 pm: Lunch at a local restaurant.
  • 2:15 – 6:00 pm: Sightseeing, touring, etc.
  • 6:00 – 7:30 pm: Evening Yoga & Tantra sessions.
  • 8:00 – 9:30 pm: Dinner at hotel.
  • 9:30 pm – Bedtime: private Yoga & Tantra sessions, or enjoy your evening as you wish.

Day 2 - Prague

Prague (Sunday)
After breakfast, we meet our local guide in the lobby to start our city sightseeing tour. We begin by visiting the old town square with the statue of the Czech reformer Jan Astronomical, then our bus will drive through the high-end shops in the Jewish quarter, formerly the Jewish Ghetto, then on to Wenceslas square, the main square in the new town, and into the little quarter and the Prague castle area. Once there, you will hop off the vehicle and continue a walking tour through the castle and the cathedral. On the other side of the walls, you will find yourself back in the Old Town where you will stop by the Clementinum, the State library of the Czech Republic, the coronation route of the kings, and back to the old town square to experience a medieval world wonder – the Old Town Astronomical Clock!
Every hour, hundreds of tourists from all over the world with cameras at the ready, gather in front of the Old Town Hall to enjoy a fascinating mechanical performance of the Prague Astronomical Clock, considered since the middle ages to be one of the wonders of the world. For 600 years the clock has been one of the greatest treasures of the city, and still amazes people with its procession of Apostles, moving statues, and visualization of time. It’s like no other instrument in the world. Return back to our Prague hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 3 - Budapest

Budapest (Monday)
After breakfast, we check out and transfer by coach to Budapest. On the way to Budapest we visit Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. Set along the Danube River by the border with Austria and Hungary. Bratislava is surrounded by vineyards and the Little Carpathian Mountains, crisscrossed with forested hiking and cycling trails. The pedestrian-only, 18th-century old town is known for its lively bars and cafes. Perched atop a hill, the reconstructed Bratislava Castle overlooks old town and the Danube. After Lunch in Bratislava we continue driving to Budapest. Before check in to our hotel, there will be free walking time in Budapest’s city center. Check in our hotel at Budapest for dinner and overnight

Day 4 - Budapest

Budapest (Tuesday)
After breakfast we have a sightseeing tour of Budapest with a local guide. You will visit the Chain bridge, Margaret bridge, Buda castle, Matthias church, and Fishermen’s Bastion. Then on to the Citadel for exquisite panoramic views of Budapest, and the ideal spot for taking memorable pictures. We’ll visit market hall, the largest market in the city, for sightseeing and shopping, and go on to the Dohány Synagogue, one of the most significant synagogues in Europe, constructed in the 1850‘s. Its style influenced that of later synagogues, most notably New York City's Central Synagogue. We will stop for a leisurely lunch at a local restaurant, then be our way over to the city’s central park, the Heroes’ Square & Andrassy avenue, the opera house, and St Stephen's Church. Finally, we return to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Day 5 - Vienna

Vienna (Wednesday)
After breakfast, we check out from our hotel to head to Vienna. After lunch in a local restaurant at Vienna, you will have free time to enjoy the city. We check in to our hotel in Vienna for dinner and overnight.

Day 6 - Vienna

Vienna (Thursday)
After breakfast we meet our local tour guide. We will be visiting Ringstrasse, which is The Ring Road that circles grand boulevard, serving as a loop around the historic Innere Stadt district of Vienna. We then continue to the Vienna State Opera House, an Austrian-based opera company based in Vienna, originally called the Vienna Court Opera (Wiener Hofoper). In 1920, with the replacement of the Habsburg Monarchy by the First Austrian Republic, it was renamed the Vienna State Opera. The members of the Vienna Philharmonic are recruited from its orchestra. After lunch in a local restaurant we will continue our day visiting the The Hofburg, the former imperial palace in the centre of Vienna, Austria. Built in the 13th century and expanded in the centuries since, the palace has been the seat of power of the Habsburg dynasty rulers, and is today the official residence and workplace of the President of Austria. It was the principal imperial winter residence, as Schönbrunn Palace was the summer residence.

Day 7 - Zadar, Croatia

Zagreb (Friday)
After breakfast, we check out and transfer by coach to Zagreb. on the way, we will first stop at Lake Bled , one of the most beautiful Alpine Resorts, a pearl of Slovenia and of the whole Alpine region. We will visit the St. Mary's church that is located in a small island in the middle of the lake. Afterward, we visit an old medieval castle up on the cliff that offers you an amazing view and is definitely something you will be enchanted with. We’ll share a lunch in the local restaurant and proceed to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia, which lies in a basin between the karst and the alpine region at 298 meters (approx 1000 feet) above sea level. We like to say it is sufficiently large to contain everything that a capital should have and small enough to preserve the individuality of its inhabitants. Ljubljana is a city with a soul, evidenced by the baroque old town, which is nestled at the foot of castle hill, the art nouveau mansions, not to mention the masterpieces of the world-renowned architect Jose Plecnik. Modern day Ljubljana is the political, cultural, scientific and university center of Slovenia. After the visit, we will proceed to Zagreb. hotel check-in, dinner, and overnight in Zagreb.

Day 8 - Split, Croatia

Split (Saturday)
After breakfast, we are heading to Split for our cruise portion of the trip. After arriving and checking in to the boat, we’ll enjoy a guided tour of Split, an historic town under UNESCO protection and part of the world heritage with an abundance of Roman architecture. Of special interest is the magnificent Diocletian palace, once inhabited by the Roman emperor. After the tour, return to the ship for a welcome meet & greet cocktail reception on board. Overnight in the Split.

Day 9 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

SPLIT – (BOL) HVAR (Sunday)
Morning departure to Brač island where swimming is planned at the most famous beach in Dalmatia – Zlatni Rat near Bol – whose gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change in shape. Bol is a typical fishermen’s village converted into a popular tourist destination. Continue towards the jet-set island Hvar with lunch on board at the Paklenica islands. Hvar is the longest and sunniest island in the Adriatic known for lavish lavender fields and breathtaking beauty. Afternoon arrival followed by a short presentation of lavender products and a tour of the town’s historical landmarks will include the Renaissance cathedral with its original tower, and the oldest community theatre in Europe founded in 1612. We’ll hike up to the town fort overlooking the harbor for some lovely scenic views of your ship and the Paklenica islands. In the evening Hvar offers an abundance of entertainment - numerous restaurants, bars, and cafes are open long into the night. Overnight in the port.

Day 10 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

HVAR VIS (Monday)
Early morning we cruise towards the small island of Biševo to visit the Blue Grotto, a magnificent natural phenomenon (entrance fee to be paid on the spot, approx. 7 eur). As weather conditions can be very unpredictable, the possibility of our visit will depend on those conditions, however, you will be notified of this on time. Continue to the island of Vis, once a strategic naval Yugoslav base and closed to the public. Due to this isolation, Vis has a special charm – “the Mediterranean as it once was” making it really interesting to visit. Situated on the northern side of the island, Vis has developed near the remains of the ancient Issa, first urban center in Croatia. Try some exquisite wine sorts in one of the Vis traditional wineries. If interested, visit the remains of the Roman thermal palace, city museum, or simply take a walk enjoying the views of the beautiful Villae Rusticae situated along the waterfront. Overnight in the port of Vis.

Day 11 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

VIS - KORCULA (Tuesday)
Early morning departure towards the Korčula island, best known as the birthplace of Marco Polo. Stop for lunch in one of the secluded bays en route. Afternoon arrival in Korčula followed by a guided walking tour of this enchanting town surrounded by walls. One of the best preserved medieval cities in the Mediterranean, the fish bone street pattern was used in Korčula old town design to reduce effects of wind and sun and provide citizens with sheltered and comfortable accommodation. Korčula has an abundant choice of restaurants to enjoy your gourmet experience and there are numerous bars and clubs for those looking for evening entertainment. Optional excursion to a small village near Korčula for typical Dalmatian dinner and to find out more about the history and traditional way of living. Overnight in Korcula.

Day 12 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

KORCULA - MLJET (Wednesday)
Next morning we head further south to the island of Mljet. Legend says greek hero Odysseus spent years on this island when he was captured by the nymph Calypso. Join our cruise manager for a stroll to the famous salt lakes in the Mljet national park and enjoy the boat ride to the St Mary Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine monastery, an old abbey and a church dating back to the 12th century. Alternatively, you can rent kayaks, bicycles, scooters or convertible cars to roam around the national park or island on your own, but beware of the nymphs. Enjoy the peace and tranquility of the island. Dinner on board and overnight in port Polača or Phenomena.

Day 13 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

MLJET - SLANO -STON (Thursday)
Departure for a small village called Slano on the mainland, a peaceful fishermen's village and the starting point to explore this once fortified small village famous for its oysters. After exploring the town’s medieval ramparts, a short coastal walk leads us to an oyster farm to learn more about oysters and tasting this delicious treat. Transfer back to the ship for the captain’s dinner with entertainment and music.

Day 14 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

SLANO – DUBROVNIK (Friday)
Early morning departure to Dubrovnik - a unique town on the Adriatic. the special charm of this ancient town is the buildings that have remained from the time of the old Dubrovnik Republic. A larger part of the monuments belonging to the modest renaissance architecture with some traces of the Gothic style. We’ll tie the ropes at Gruž harbor cruise alongside the old Dubrovnik city walls while lunch is served on deck. After docking, transfer to the old town for the guided walking tour of this magical town. Take the cable car from the old town to Srđ mountain to enjoy scenic views of the walls and Elaphiti Islands. For those with more enthusiasm, we recommend a walk on top of the 1940 m long city walls! Time for leisure dinner and overnight in Dubrovnik.

Day 15 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

Dubrovnik (Saturday)
After breakfast you will have more free time in Dubrovnik until your transfer to the airport for your flight home. / End of our services.

  • Once a deposit or partial/full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. In addition to a $250 per person administration fee, the following charges apply.
  • 60+ days prior to departure 100% of total tour price.
  • 31 - 60 days prior to departure 50% of total tour price
  • 30 - 15 days prior to departure 80% of total tour price.
  • 14 days or less prior to departure no refund.
