Itinerary

Day 1 - Roma RM, Italy

Arrival to Rome (Saturday)
Upon arrival in Rome, our Rome office team will meet you at the airport, assist you in your check-in process, and shuttle you to your Rome hotel. After your check in process, you will meet rest of your group, including your Yoga & Tantra instructors and tour manager, at the hotel lobby for a welcoming meeting and cocktails. There will be sharing of program details, scheduling of Yoga and Tantra sessions, and time for questions and answers.

  • 07:00 – 8:30 am: Morning Yoga & Tantra Session
  • 08:30 – 9:30 am: Breakfast in the hotel

  • 1:00 – 2:00 pm: Lunch at a local restaurant

Day 2 - Roma RM, Italy

Rome Sunday
After breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby to start the city sightseeing tour. Start by visiting the Vatican City: Sistine Chapel and St. Peter's Basilica. Then to the historic center of Rome, going to the Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, the Trevi fountain, the Piazza di Spagna and the Piazza del Popolo. There will be free time for lunch, then complete the tour by visiting the ruins of ancient Rome: the Colosseum, the Forum, and the Roman Circus. More sightseeing, and then dinner in Trastevere, and back to the hotel and overnight.

Day 3 - Roma RM, Italy

Florence Monday
After breakfast, departure to Florence. On arrival in Florence we’ll have lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, free time in Florence to discover the old city. Check in to our hotel for overnight and dinner.

Day 4 - Florence -Italy

Florence (Tuesday)
After breakfast, meet your guide in the lobby to start the city sightseeing tour. The tour begins with skip-the-line access to the Accademia gallery where you will have the unique opportunity to marvel at Michelangelo's statue of the Slaves and his magnificent 17-foot marble masterpiece, David, followed by a walking tour of Florence. Then continue with visits inside the Duomo, "Il Porcellino," as well as the Ponte Vecchio. After taking a break, you will be free to relax and enjoy lunch at a restaurant of your choosing or a place your guide would be happy to recommend. After lunch, your afternoon skip-the-line tour at the Uffizi gallery begins. Here you'll have the chance to behold in person the immediately recognizable works of Botticelli - "Birth of Venus" and "Primavera." the Uffizi contains signature works of the Italian masters, including Michelangelo and da Vinci. Listen as your expert English speaking guide recounts fascinating stories about the lives of the artists, celebrated architects, and wealthy patrons that contributed to the gallery. Back to the hotel for dinner and overnight at our Florence Hotel

Day 5 - Florence -Italy

Venice (Wednesday)
After breakfast, departure to Venice. On the way, we will stop for lunch at a lovely local restaurant. Then to Venice for sightseeing and leisure activities. Later to the hotel to check in and refresh. Spend the evening at leisure, and overnight. Yoga & tantra sessions will be organized by your instructor. **Optional tour for the evening - go for a gondola ride -- one of the most romantic experiences you can ever have! Complete with music and sweet melodies, along with the grand canal and the small canals of Venice.
**Recommended private tour -- Venice gondola ride with serenade. Dinner and overnight in hotel.

Day 6 - Venice

Venice (Thursday)
After breakfast, we leave our hotel early morning and start the tour by visiting the hot spot of Venice, St Mark's Square, before the worst of the crowds gather in the piazza and the basilica. Try to make it to the Basilica for early morning mass. After that, we visit the Doge's palace, which represents Venice's culture, which, together with the basilica of San Marco, forms one of the most famous sceneries. We’ll have a stop for free time and lunch. Don’t wander too far, because after lunch we will head to the Accademia Gallery which contains an impressive percentage of old world masters, as well as modern and ancient artworks. Following a stop at the Frari Basilica with its spectacular Assumption of the Virgin, by Titian, we return to the hotel to rest and refresh and catch the sunset from Vaporetto to Rialto Bridge. You will then have free time to enjoy the many cafes and bars scattered on the canal, and mingle with the locals.

Day 7 - Venice

Lake Bled (Friday)
After breakfast, departure to Lake Bled , one of the most beautiful Alpine Resorts, a pearl of Slovenia and the whole Alpine region. We will visit the St. Mary's church that is located in a small island in the middle of the lake. Afterward, we visit an old medieval castle up on the cliff that offers you an amazing view and is definitely something you will be enchanted with. Dinner and overnight is at Lake Bled.

Day 8 - Lake Bled

Ljubljana - Opatija (Saturday)
After breakfast, check out and departure to Ljubljana, the capital city of Slovenia, which lies in a basin between the karst and the alpine region at 298 meters (approx 1000 feet) above sea level. We like to say it is sufficiently large to contain everything that a capital should have and small enough to preserve the individuality of its inhabitants. Ljubljana is a city with a soul, evidenced by the baroque old town, which is nestled at the foot of castle hill, the art nouveau mansions, not to mention the masterpieces of the world-renowned architect Jose Plecnik. Modern day Ljubljana is the political, cultural, scientific and university center of Slovenia. After the sightseeing, have lunch in the local restaurant, then depart to Opatija. dinner and overnight at hotel in the Opatija area.

Day 9 - Opatija, Croatia

Zadar (Sunday)
After breakfast we depart to the Istrian peninsula, a place of natural beauty, cultural heritage, beautiful vineyards and world famous olives. Istria is definitely one the loveliest and most beautiful landscape in Croatia. At our first stop is Pula we will meet our local guide and visit the ancient Roman Amphitheater (The Pula Arena), dating back to the 1st-century AD. Later we will visit The Pula Cathedral, or the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary (in Croatian: Katedrala uznesenja Blažene Djevice Marije). Along with the Euphrasian Basilica, it is one of the two official seats of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Poreč and Pula. Then we’ll walk to the Temple of Augustus, a well-preserved Roman temple in the city of Pula, Croatia. Dedicated to the first Roman emperor, Augustus, it was probably built during the emperor's lifetime at some point between 27 BC and his death in AD 14.
After lunch in a local restaurant, we will continue our trip to the medieval town of Rovinj, characterized by its baroque and renaissance styles. We will walk through the narrow and picturesque streets of the old town over the path of polished stone steps, leading up to the church of St. Euphemia, the patron of the city. Return back to Opetejia for dinner and overnight.

Day 10 - Opatija, Croatia

Zadar (Monday)
After breakfast, we travel to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, listed in UNESCO world’s heritage since 1979. This nature wonder encompasses 16 lakes which are connected throughout 92 waterfalls, surrounded by rich vegetation and large forests, making it a perfect habitat for a variety of flora and fauna. Following a walking tour, we will lunch in a local restaurant, have free time and proceed to Zadar. Dinner and overnight in the hotel in Zadar.

Day 11 - Zadar, Croatia

Split (Tuesday)
After breakfast we visit Zadar with our local guide. Zadar is one of the most beautiful of the old Dalmatian cities that has been the center of this part of the Adriatic coast since Roman times. At every corner of the city, you will see the rich heritage of it’s old world importance, including the Roman Forum, St. Donatus’ Church, the reconstructed Romanesque St. Grisigono’s Church, St. Mary's bell tower, and St. Anastasia's Cathedral. We also will visit The Sea Organ, an architectural object and an experimental musical instrument which plays music by the action of sea waves using tubes located underneath a set of large marble steps. After the visit, we’ll have lunch in the lively ethnic village named Pakovo Selo. Locals will be greeting us with Dalmatians, a sacred welcome ceremony that includes telling stories of their ancestors and history, and we will see and learn about Dalmatian customs and tradition. We’ll visit Dalmatian stone houses, learn about their traditional tools and utensils, learn how households were run, and experience traditional Dalmatia . We’ll then proceed to Split, free time, and dinner and overnight in the hotel in Split.

Day 12 - Split, Croatia

Dubrovnik (Wednesday)
After breakfast, we visit Split and Trogir with the local guide. Split is a city of ancient history, built and preserved over the course of 1700 years by its loving inhabitants. We will be walking the maze like streets of Split and visit the Diocletian Palace, the most precious monument in the city. Diocletian Palace is one of the most significant original structures of the late ancient architecture, an imperial palace listed in UNESCO's world heritage registry. On arrival in Trogir, we will meet our local guide to visit the historic stone city, which is also a UNESCO heritage site. The orthogonal street plan dates back to the Hellenistic period. The entire city of Trogir is constructed of stone,including beautiful Romanesque churches, and outstanding Renaissance and Baroque buildings from the Venetian period. We also will visit The Cathedral of St. Lawrence (St “Love”), to see the beautiful Kamerlengo tower and especially Radovan's masterwork, the main portal of the St.Lawrence Cathedral, considered the greatest and most important monument of medieval sculpture in Croatia and in all of the Balkans. After the visits, we’ll lunch in the local restaurant and proceed to Dubrovnik. After arrival to Dubrovnik, we’ll have free time in old town. Check in to our hotel. Dinner and overnight in the hotel in Dubrovnik.

Day 13 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

Dubrovnik (Thursday)
After breakfast, we will tour the magnificent city of Dubrovnik with our local guide and see the historic stone walls built to protect the city from foreign invaders. Considered one of the greatest fortification systems of the middle ages, these ancient walls with their numerous additions and modifications made throughout the ages were never breached by invaders. Featured sights we will see today include the Franciscan Monastery, Rector’s Palace, Sponza Palace, the Assumption Cathedral, Onofrio's Fountains, the Church of Saint Blaise and others. After the tour we’ll lunch in a local restaurant and continue our city tour. Return back hotel to for overnight in the hotel in Dubrovnik.

Day 14 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

Dubrovnik (Friday)
After breakfast, we depart from Dubrovnik to Bosnia and Herzegovina for a visit to the town of Mostar. Historic Mostar spans a valley of the Neretva river, developed in the 15th and 16th centuries as an Ottoman frontier town during the Austro-Hungarian period of the 19th and 20th centuries. The old bridge area, with its pre-Ottoman, eastern Ottoman, Mediterranean, and western European architectural features, is an outstanding example of a multicultural urban settlement. The famous old bridge of Mostar, a UNESCO heritage site, is also considered one of the most exemplary pieces of the Islamic architecture in the Balkans. We’ll lunch in a local restaurant and return to our hotel in Dubrovnik for dinner and overnight.

Day 15 - Dubrovnik, Croatia

Return back home
After breakfast you will have more free time in Dubrovnik, until your transfer to the airport for your flight home. / End of our services.

  • Once a deposit or partial/full payment has been made, cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Cancellation terms will be applied based on the date that the written cancellation is received. In addition to a $250 per person administration fee, the following charges apply
  • 60+ days prior to departure 100% of total tour price
  • 31 - 60 days prior to departure 50% of total tour price
  • 30 - 15 days prior to departure 80% of total tour price
  • 14 days or less prior to departure no refund
